Suspicious cigarettes were found in famous Hollywood actor’s luggage in the airport of Martas Vineyard city, MA, where he arrived from California.
A star or not a star – it doesn’t matter, Belushi’s luggage has been examined to the fullest extent of the law. Including the roomy pockets. Exactly in these pockets the police has found the cigarettes with pot. On the strict question where he got the drugs from and for what reasons, Belushi frankly answered that it belongs to him, he smokes it himself for medical reasons. He promised to provide health certificate and provided it immediately.
The police was not convinced by it and told Belushi, that due to the law of Massachussets, the smoking of marijuana is prohibited for any reasons. Than the pot was weighted and it turn out to be not enough to put the star in prison. So the actor was released.
